Sherdley Court is a sheltered housing scheme managed by Your Housing Group, a social housing landlord with nearly 30,000 properties.
This project involved a variety of works to fire doors, including replacement flat entrance doors and upgrades to communal doors.

Project Approach
Surveys
Our FIRAS accredited Supervisors conducted detailed surveys to record consistent data for each door set. This data formed the basis of the action plan and materials order.
Preparation
During material lead times, the team prepared health and safety documentation, finalised the work programme, and coordinated with scheme staff for storage and logistics.
Execution
During installation, photographic evidence of the completed works was uploaded to our system, and a FIRAS Certificate of Conformity produced. Quality inspections were conducted by our Supervisors and Managers, with all evidence shared with the client immediately post completion.
